英语俱乐部

      英语俱乐部是我院校团委下属社团之一，由具有一定英语基础和良好素质的英语爱好者组成的英语学习交流团体，成立于2002年，由人文学院公共英语教研室负责管理。自英语俱乐部组建之日起，即以“more English, more fun”为活动宗旨，以学习和使用英语为目的，寓学于乐、寓学于玩开展系列活动。同时，英语俱乐部还协助开展技能节和SIT英语文化节日的各项比赛活动。自成立以来，英语俱乐部举办的各项活动受到老师和同学们的广泛好评，在学院各社团中具有一定的社团影响力，是广东省“十佳优秀社团”之一。

      English club is one of the most popular students’societies in our school. It has a total number of 50 students. English club is a stage where students can learn and share all kinds of English knowledge and skills; It is a home for our English language lovers.

      This is our logo. We can see two red circles ,a black word “English” and a red word “club” . We design the word “ English” to surround the word “club” , which means More English！

      Our regular activities include two online activities and one offline activity. Online activities are English dubbing and daily reading. We can improve oral English with these activities.

      Offline activity is English handwriting. What’s more, every year we have a commendation party in December and English Culture Festival in May. We can get a lot of fun from these activities, which means“More fun！”

      If you are good at English, join EC. You will be better and better in English. If you are not good at English, join EC. You will get a lot of fun.

      EC就如同我们的部歌名称一般，那便是We are the sunshine!
